How did you become a real estate broker?

I worked for 25 years in the restaurant business, where customers are treated with great care. Customers come to you and if you want them to go home happy, you need to take care of them and attend to their needs. When I decided to reorient my career, there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to continue working with the public. And since I’ve always had a great love for houses, architecture, design and decor, I turned to real estate. It was an easy choice.

What factors influenced your choice of banner?

For me, what’s most important is being surrounded by a successful team. I’m a very demanding person and I expect the same from those I work with. I believe that with the right support, a broker will be more successful. In my view, the RE/MAX banner is one step ahead of the pack. It offers better tools, better guarantees for my clients, greater visibility, and above all, a bigger market share. My belief is that those who want to win partner with winners.

What do you like most about your work?

What I really enjoy about my job is the gratification I get from seeing satisfied customers. Ensuring the customer is satisfied is essential if I want them to come back or recommend me to others. That’s why I am always available for my clients. With all of the online real estate platforms out there, brokers need to stand out with great customer service.
